1. Access and Use of the Service

Keryx grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your organization's security and compliance policies.

2. AI Automation and Operational Liability

Keryx provides AI-assisted teammate capabilities for Kubernetes operations. While our agents are designed with safety boundaries and require explicit approvals for write actions (unless specifically bypassed by your team's configuration), you remain entirely responsible for the actions executed within your infrastructure.

Keryx shall not be held liable for any system downtime, data loss, or service interruption resulting from automated actions, generated scripts, or Kubernetes manifests applied through the use of the Service.

3. Integrations and API Usage

Our Service requires access to third-party accounts (e.g., AWS, GCP, Datadog, Slack) to function. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to grant Keryx access to these services. Abuse or circumvention of rate limits of either Keryx or its connected third-party APIs may result in termination of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Keryx and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Keryx.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Keryx, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
